Question Concerning GC Supply Mission

Since the patch I have started doing supply missions in order to get the seals I need to buy the Mats to make Items to upgrade my Crafting Gear. I have noticed the reset time for the missions is 0500 local time but I do not see a new list for a number of hours afterwards. Is this intended or is it a problem. Additional information. One of my characters will have the list. If I do that list does it delay my other characters or is it one list per account. Any info would be appreciated.

I've been having this same issue. Some days the mission supply list is updated when I log in, but other days it is still showing the list I half completed the day before. This only started happening after 2.2 and it's very frustrating as I like to get a jump start on my supply list first thing.

Last night I logged off at 2am PST, today I logged on at 11am PST and it's still the same list from last night. Shouldn't it have reset at 5am?

I think the reset time is 36 or 48 H ( and not 24 H ).

It's actually happened since 2.0 release, bug or not.

5:00 am in the supply window mean japanese time. This bug exist since 2.0 (SE should fix it). Only for people in the japanese time zone the time is correct.
In europe the 5:00 am mean 08:00 pm GMT

Hm, I had this weirdness happen patch day when it didn't update like I expected. Otherwise, the supply mission list changes at 4 pm Eastern Daylight Time. It's a bit weird to me that it's set to a different schedule than dailies (11 am EDT).

What people have said here is correct: The timer for supply/provisioning missions DOES reset daily, but it's at 5am JST, not midnight like most things. My crafter/gatherer character relies on supply missions to maintain seals for buying ventures, so I do them almost every day. I personally don't see any sense behind this at all, as it's such a weird time for everyone - 1pm PDT, 4pm EDT, 8pm GMT, and 10am my time (HAST).
