    Expert Provisioning Mission

    During the Limsa Lominsa "Supply and Provisioning Missions", in "Expert Delivery", I cannot trade the "Lapis Cross" nor the "Aquamarine Cross" for seals.

    I receive the message "Unable to Complete Delivery"
