Now if fates need to still be involved then there are a number of ways to make them more enjoyable
1e. Let players level other classes while doing fates.
2e. Set number of Fates - Do 10 or 50 or even 100 fates in a area to get a single ATMA. (something a player can keep track of)
3e. Let rank (ie gold, sliver, etc) up the drop rate.
4e. Group drops - Instead of letting some players in a group get them and other not, it'll drop for everyone. keeping it fair for all.
Take it or leave. I know that people wanted longer relic related quest but to go from a handful of needed runs (i80) to never knowing if your going to get what you need to just start the upgrade process (i100) is a bit much. Plus the longer it takes some people the more likely the chance of them giving up (On either the ATMA or the game) I know this all this isn't even a big deal to some but there is already enough work to do to upgrade and throwing in randomness isn't enjoyable for most.
