In the end it all comes down to how much rng you want to deal with.

It's all risk/reward. Someone posted something similar in the DoH section (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...64#post1997964) except s/he used another Ingenuity II in the middle. If you're fine with pure RNG, I think these Waste Not variations may be superior.

Edit: I just tried it and I can't say I'm a fan of the 50% hasty touches, but it works about as well as my method.
