    I've been working on East Shroud as my second one, have spent about 12 hours there so far over this past weekend and no luck. My first was in North Shroud and I got it in 3 fates, so I'm definitely sad. Completely anecdotal observation, I've had 2 other FC mates that have also been stuck for a long time(15+ hours) in East Shroud, though I have seen it drop for folks so it's definitely dropping.

    I have about 20 of those proto keys from the beastman fate atm =p
