Well to be fair, did you ever think of WHY they aren't? Putting some money in to beef up the servers, isn't a one time thing. It costs more over time as well. This coupled with the concept that the current load is NOT normal.

You're right, It will be a costly feat to pull on short notice.

However, this is one of those instances where they need to drop what their doing and resolve the problem ASAP, like a leak on a ship. The 4-man's, sad to say, are at the point where they are unplayable due to lag. The pug that I just came out of had to abandon Titan STORY mode because the healer was unable to dodge the landslides. And weren't even able to get to the heart. I'd understand if it was HM, but game-breaking lag on a 4-man is unacceptable and needs to be repaired immediately. I'm crossing my fingers that it happens soon.
