    also why is vanity gears requires so high stat to even craft them? 3 stars for a vanity item seem kind of >_<

    It means it is worn by another player. That's what happens when you check another player's gear.

    8 defence, 16 magic defense, the highest a ilevel1 body can have.
    If you want higher stats, craft a gear with higher ilevel.
