I have to agree on this one, even though I finally got my kill. It took almost 4 hours before I saw Giant Seps fate spawn and that includes the one that was prior to it (though I can't quite recall the name) and these are the only fates that spawn in that small area. All other fates in the area, including Svara chain, spawned 2-8 times before Giant Seps fate popped again. I hate to say it, but with the grind as bad as it is currently there is no reason why we as players should be subjected to waiting on fates to spawn for this length of time. This isn't on just the first book either, each book has at least one fate that takes quite a while (even with all other fates being taken down) to spawn.
