Atma book FATE "Giant Seps" is not part of normal FATE rotation, and will not being

I've been leveling a Ninja (what? Really, no one does that.) and I saw Seps pop at least 4 times in one day. I don't know if they changed the spawn rate or people were farming dragonflies, but whatever changed worked.

FATEs related to relics that had slow pops, have been increased apparently.

Whether RNG or not still, Doing my first set of Atma books and while we all know FATEs are the one to get done first, I have been able to complete them at roughly the same rate as Enemies/Dungeons/Leves, a couple in fact had popped right in front of me after coming out of DF.

Wow I guess I am not the only player having problem with the fate giant seps. Well here I am waiting for 2 weeks 4 hours a day. Never popped up. A bug report led mere hear.

I just confirmed. Killing all the Dragonflies in the area two or three times spawns Giant Seps.

I, and several other people have been farming the fates an mobs in the immediate area of Giant Seps, and it has not popped. I dont think the Dragonflies have any bearing on the fate.

Currently waiting for this fate to pop for 2 hour.. This is ridiculous. It's like im being hand cuffed to my PC waiting for the right time to break free. =/
I really suggest SE do something about this certain FATE spawn time.

Imagine waiting on this 1 fate for 3 hours straight, then doing fates on the side as you wait....and people take down the fate before you get there...(4 hours)....then waiting another 4 hours and no spawn. With all the advice from people on how to spawn this, or to take down other fates while you wait...MAKES NO SENSE, because there will be others downing the fate before you get to it. Why am I waiting 8+ hours for 1 fate for 1 book out of 9 books for a weapon that is weaker then the one I am wearing. This fate should be readily available just as other fates are, or atleast not 8 HOURS wait time to get it. If there is a forced spawn, we should have this information. 8 Hours......8 Hours, I can understand 2, this has to be fixed. Imagine a new person just made 50 doing this, they will quit the game.

Please fix this.

Why cant the book simply be used to activate the fates, would be so much easier, go to the fate spot, right click use book to spawn fate, do fate and win win for everyone..

Plz SE tell me fates can be summoned? How hard can it be to code a fate summon item..

So while I was waiting for the fate to spawn, I did some looking around. A bunch of people in the comments of XIVDB were saying how you need to kill the nearest dragonfly to Stone Vigil for the fate to spawn. I went and did that and the fate spawned almost instantly. Thanks to this I ended up waiting no more than 10 minutes XD

This could be a coincidence seeing as many of you guys have reported cleaning the mobs and it still not spawning, but it worked for me so I figured I'd share.
