Atma book FATE "Giant Seps" is not part of normal FATE rotation, and will not being

I'm currently in Coerthas at a spot where the FATE "Giant Seps" is supposed to take place, and after nearly 2 hours of waiting, and watching numerous other FATE's begin/end, this particular FATE has yet to begin. I'm not sure if there is now an unknown trigger that starts it, but there is now currently over 20 people here waiting, and nothing is happening.

Update: Now over 3 hours with no FATE start.

This has also happened to me, but with Everything's Better Fate on my 3rd book, really frustrating because that is the last thing i need to do to get +2 strength and i have been waiting for 2 hours.

i waited almost 2 hours.. had to get up to use the rest room and decided to brush my teeth.....

I come back FATE JUST ended... so now I get to wait all over again. Simply amazing.

I was INSIDE the FATE area. In a party. It took me a maximum of 5-8 minutes to use the rest room and brush my teeth. If i was at another fate i would NOT have gotten there in time and I also didnt receive credit regardless of being in the actual zone of the FATE and my party members having gotten their credit. So the party was pointless being in the zone was pointless and waiting that first time around was pointless as now i get to do it again hopefully i dont have to use the rest room for the next 4.5 hours.

Being in a party helps you get gold IF you actually participate.
Just standing there is not participating...

From the sound of it, if you hadn't brushed your teeth, you'd have arrived in time to participate so bad luck on your part.

This is the best thing. They say kill other FATE to "free up room" to make this one pop. But it is at the ass end of the map meaning there is a high chance the FATE will be over before you can get to it.

I just started my first book and this is what most people tell me. Find out where the FATE is and sit there. To risky to run off and do other fates to "free up room". This one is really bad because no atma drop in this zone and doing FATE to EXP is all but dead. So there are not many clearing room for the pop.

I just like how I came across this thread. Googled for "Giant Seps" to find its <pos>. First/Second link is this thread. Really disheartening.

It may be tied to some other fate...
I had to wait over two hours too and during that time I watched other fates pop and disappear, but it wasn't until the Svara chain was going on that this one popped...
The Svara chain didn't appear for over two hours either... Since the starter fate for that one only shows if you're close to it, I don't know how many times it was ready, but just not triggered.

Further confirmation may be needed for this scenario...
Suggest monitoring the whole map, and if no Svara for a long time, have a friend gather people that can go for the Svara chain when the trigger fate shows up...
