Drivers constantly crashing.

This has been happening quite a bit since the 500 series of cards for Nvidia, I started having problems recently with my gtx 570 where display drivers would stop responding, contacted Nvidia and after getting a lot of BS answers, I finally got someone that said they are aware of the problems, but singling it out can be time consuming. It can be a hardware issue, not a big enough PSU, card going bad, not enough airflow for the card, hard drive issues, corrupted files from windows updates, TDRdelay issues, problems with your physix and 3d settings, old BIOS drivers. If you have made sure it's not hardware related, updated all your drivers, found the most stable drivers for your particular card, increased your TDRdelay, reinstalled windows, and adjusted all your settings, I would suggest trying to get the manufacturer to exchange your card because about the only thing left I can think you can do is underclock your card, and that defeats the purpose of paying for the card you bought in the first place.

Yeah. The stress tests and everything came out fine, I've tried multiple drivers, reorganizing the desk for more airflow, updated BIOS the other day, and just now backtracked to the latest driver the manufacturer provided, so here's to hoping. :/ Thanks for all your input, guys.

Edit: Even on latest via manufacturer, still had a crash in Fallgourd. :<

This is beyond ridiculous. Tried to help a friend clear Vigil and I crashed 9 times within 4 minutes on Isgebind, all while being the target of Cauterize or Sheet of Ice. A PS4 is in my near future, I think. It's becoming unplayable on PC.

Yeah. I downloaded the newest Beta one just to see if it was my previous version and it's still happening, albeit, not as frequently as my friend, who has the current drivers.

Newest Beta driver is 337.61.

I've had this issue since 2.0 launch running on a 660 TI. I've updated to every new GeForce driver as they release, but it has never resolved.

It goes something like this: at some point during play, the game screen will seize up--everything will freeze--and the BGM will warp and garble as the screen goes completely black. After 5 seconds, the BGM returns to normal and the screen displays normally if nothing happened. A system tray notification pops up to inform me about recovery from driver failure.

Worst of all, the issue is impossible to reproduce. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day, sometimes it doesn't happen once for days. There are no criteria I have found to incite this driver crash. Doesn't matter how many characters are on the screen, doesn't matter which zone I'm in or what time I'm in it. I could have 10 applications open in the background, or XIV only after a fresh restart. I can never pin it down.

The game is definitely to blame, though. I have hundreds of hours in dozens of other games and I've never, ever had a driver crash - usually, if anything crashes, it's the application.

Can you provide the dxdiag for us to see? also what power supply are you using, any overclocking on the CPU or GPU? Have you contacted Gigabyte yet? Also do you use MSI afterburner or any GPU monitoring system? Do you know your temps at time of crash?

I have a GTX 660Ti and it constantly crashed on the latest drivers, artifacts and lock ups

So then I tried 327.23, a bit better but I got this weird thing where it'd lock up for about 5 seconds every hour.

I'm now on 320.49 and it's been totally fine though!
