La noscea sound effect bug

Steps:
1. Started Rank 20 Fishermen's Guild quest.
2. Went out into la noscea and followed the locations on my journal.
3. After catching my first pixie remora i headed towards the second location and took a wrong turn and ended up at 25, 32 where after making a couple fishing attempts i realized a weird noise behind the music.
4. I slid down the background music and found that it was still there. Its a sound i can only describe as "Wump-whyrinkin-hika" that was on a loop with maybe a half second between repeats.
5. i noticed that if i slid down the sound effects volume to 0 this sound with dissapear so long as the sound effects were turned off.
6. I went back into limsa lominsa hoping it would go away but it didnt so i then went into the market wards thinking zoning might effect it, but it didnt. It wasnt till i logged out and back in that it finally went away.
