Welcome! As everyone has said already, Archer (ARC for short) is probably the easiest class to start off with, although it's Job upgrade later in the game (Bard, or BRD), is a little more complex. However, a shor ttime after starting you'll be able to switch classes when you feel like so you won't be locked into that choice for the entire game so if you don't like it later you'll be free to change.
