Could possibly be max level retainer ventures (the 18 hour ones). Very few people have them at 50, but more and more are starting to get them capped now so we'll start to see whatever "unique" items that retainers are supposed to find.

Baby opo-opo is rare, but it comes from brayflox HM. I thought it might come from amdapor ruins.

No info, but this reminds me of back when people were frantically searching for the bluebird minion and it wasn't even obtainable yet.. so it's possible the same thing is happening here~

Same here. It's unfortunate that they completely removed the Goblin one it seems, from a while ago. Such a tease!

It comes from the 18hr ventures. A japanese player seems to have it and has a screenshot on Lodestone of receiving it along with 4 allagan coins. Level 50, G13 venture.
