I understand the issue you are having now and i think i know the reason behind it. CT drops 10 soldiery, high dungeons drop 20 soldiery, expert dungeons drop 45 soldiery, so all those people from CT likely moved here. CT is a famous place for having the most of rude and trolling people, now they probably have moved. I think it's SE only to blame to making this change, i just stopped using DF due to this.
I suggest to try halatali HM - it does not have DPS checks and people should have no reason to complain, however they still will.
Also if you haven't done it yet - do the relic quest, 50% you will get carried through it.
