    Does anyone know how to get this achievement if the quest Build on the Stone was completed before the 2.2 patch? I've tried watching the quest cutscenes at inn, but that didn't work.

    I accepted the first quest from Minfilia, but haven't completed it yet. Do I need to complete it first?

    Yes you get it when you get to Horizon
