atma drop rates

My last one wont drop from the east shroud. I think it's bugged. Farmed it all day today. (plus all 3 days)

I can assure you that it does drop. RNG can be a b**** ><

I'm working on the books now, and these are ALOT more fun than the Atma grinding, even though they also require doing some FATEs.
That's how the upgrade process should be from the start.
