Lvl 14 miner brought me Manor Cupboard and lvl 44 crafter shirt. Lancer's brought me mostly just confetties, think he's trying to flirt with my roe. :P (He's a lala called Drunky, need I say more?)

Gryphonskin voyager's belt - lvl 11 botanist
Explorer's belt - lvl 15 (miner or conjurer)
Loyalist's bliaud - lvl 15 (fisher or botanist, forgot)

I've been alternating between field exploration and quick exploration. The field exploration gets the retainer EXP, but returns nothing special. Occasionally the quick exploration returns something beyond what you would expect, because there doesn't seem to be any limit on what they can pull out of the database.
