Garden Not Displaying Properly/Submerged

Upon testing, I was able to reproduce the issue. It seems that by entering Mist from the main entrance, either via the Aetheryte crystal at Limsa Lominsa's Aetheryte Plaza or from the adjoining area in Lower La Noscea, the bug where my garden does not load properly occurs. When entering Mist from either the entrance/exit ferry on the beach, exiting from the FC house itself, or using the Mist[Estate Hall] option, the problem does not occur at all. This was tested various times and has been 100% consistent.

What seems like a potential in-game bug that has occurred several times for me, the garden of my Free Company house will at times be partially invisible/submerged underground. Specifically, one is a Deluxe Garden Patch while the other of 3 gardens(one displays normally) is an Oblong patch. In order for both problem patches to be visible to me again, I have to select them from the housing > outdoor furnishings interface and attempt to move them.
