Cannot trade "Emerald Leaf" and "Emerald Bough" at the Grand Company

Hi, I am trying to trade these 2 items I had from 1.0 for seals.

In the Expert Delivery tab, they both show up, I can select them in my inventory, but when I click the "Hand over" button, it tells me "Unable to complete delivery" in red in the middle of the screen.

Also the 1.0 items "Gold Scales", "Platinum Scales", and "On the Properties of Beastmen" are unable to be traded in for seals. Like the above 2 items they can be selected but upon confirming give the 'Unable to complete delivery" message.

Yeah I posted this earlier today so hopefully it get fixed soon.

same issue for me. Emerald Leaf/bough and the Properties of Beastman book cannot be handed in

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
