Players with severe lag: where are you from?

I am a European player on the Ragnarok world. I am wondering if the current lag issues are isolated to EU players, or if this is effecting all players.

Effected players know that the game is in dire need of emergency maintenance. Since yesterday it has also gotten worse and can take many seconds between each update, causing player locations to jump around the map.

UPDATE: Thanks for all the feedback so far everyone. We can definitely see that everyone on the North American and European data centre are being effected by this, and thankfully Square-Enix have now acknowledged the issue on the lodestone, although they say certain instances are effected when it's potentially all instances and even the open world to some degree such as when trying to interact with an npc like a mender.
