Same here, nearly unplayable lag in all instances...
I never had any issues with lag so far. But since 2.2 patch... teleporting PT members, weapon skills i use won't proc the next skill in combo, using off-CD skills make fhem go on cooldown but don't take effect, trying to activate something makes my character stand there for 10+ seconds without being able to move,...
This goes for all instances (dungeons, primals, guildhests,...) at all levels. Strangely i have no lag at all outside of them in any world zone.
Same. The lag at least for me is in the dungeons. Seems to me there's an issue with the duty finder servers. Again.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

It's been playable but near unbearable for me the whole day today.
When I teleported to town, it took me a good 1 minute before I was able to see my character, change gearsets, or use Sprint. When I was playing WHM in a dungeon, Cure 2 got its cast interrupted 3 times in a row even though I wasn't moving.
Don't know how I will attempt The Second Binding Coil of Bahamut - Turn 1 tonight...
Me too. My connection has been solid ever since the first few weeks of release. Hardly ever got any lag, can avoid AOEs by sight, etc. Now, every instance I step into has the other party members disappearing & reappearing, and my abilities are screwing up; I get half the animation and it doesn't connect, so I've got to redo it.
No lag here - The only time I've ever really gotten "unplayable lag" was in Aurum Vale, as that's now the "go to" place for finishing off your last set of levels. New stuff I'll feel a spike here and there but I personally know that's my internet.
Same problem here but it's only in instances, last two runs people are teleporting everywhere and all party members were complaining about the lag (Haukke Manor HM and The Wanderer's Palace). Outside the instances it seems there's no lag, at least for me.
Amdapor was fine until we got to Diabolis. Lag went through the roof. And when we had to open the doors we would get non response because of mini time outs.

Not just you, but I notice the lag issue is only skills not executed. Opening chest, touching point in dungeon take 3 seconds and more, chest, door, warp point, npc, etc. There is a couple times where mobs just freeze for awhile and started moving again, but doesn't happen that often. Other then lag, no lag.
I never have this problem before, but I guess this is due to server stress and a lot of people want to finish their Soldier Tomb Cap on the weekend. SE need to expand and get better server. Dungeon always lag.
