Why is HM Leviathan the only primal with no weapon drop?

Im curious as to why HM Leviathan doesn't drop any loot? Seems like a wasted opportunity when all the other HM primals drop something and offer incentive to run more than once.

Because of the iLvL of the weapons. They're i95, equivalent to t5 drops. They didn't want those to drop from such an easy battle.

Levi EX, on the other hand, can be a bit of a challenge and thus the reward matches.

Because hard mode will be the new standard for story mode primals. Ifrit, Titan, and Garuda HM were not part of the main story at release. Moogle HM has weapons because the Moogle weapons were already in ARR, but unobtainable unless you already had them from 1.xx and they have to allow new players to obtain em.

Difficulty should be raised just slightly, and he should drop i80 weapon-equivalents.
