I have one thing to say about the OP... you can sort the party to your preference. Have been able to since launch. Little up/down arrows at the bottom of the party screen.

True. And that's fair enough, but I mean to insinuate it's not efficient (e.g. having to presort every single time you enter a party to have it to your liking).
I'll change what it says for clarity's sake. Regardless, more of my emphasis is on the lack of FC/LS member sorting.

Biggest disappointment for me so far has been all the whining.

ATMA`s They are OK. Myth now gets from almost everything, and the FATE farming has brought low level and otherwise empty maps alive. It needs a few fixes, like why does the zodiacs use inventory spaces and why they are non-stackable, or a properly made growth method with a brand new interface, so we can farm the FATEs using any class aslong as we have our Zenith properly selected in that new interface. The base idea is perfect, is a good old grind for those who likes good old grind. When i think about it, reminds me of getting monster cards in ragnarok online and i love it. 0 ATMA`s at the moment, not even mad.
Crafters Crafters not in end-game gear is good, but they need MORE things to do, more optional vanity epeen related things to do, things that players WANT to have, i hope this get fixed by personal housing since vanity did almost nothing for this. Crafters have to stay away from anything end-game related, but they need a mayor role and more diverse fields of action in other areas. I really hope for personal housing and FRONTLINES to use Crafters.
Glamour Glamour is perfect as a system, is solid, well desinged and functional, bad part is, glamour recipes are too easy to obtain, prism recipees are far too easy (they should be at least 800 difficulty) and their materials are a joke. They should use +30 materials for grade 1 and 2 stars materials for grade 5. So each prism would be costly, that would move the markets and give crafters all the spotlight they need in a game where they are not needed in high end but are there just for vanity. Vanity is too easy to get, too cheap to get, too easy to use. Even more, only crafters should be able to apply the proper glamours just as melds, so we could even charge for the service of it.
Retainers 3 free retainers would be perfect. But 2 is also good, the extra service of retainers is just useless if you know how to do management of your retainers, ventures give nothing and overall they are just 175 item slots that if you really need em, i suggest you start selling batwings to NPC. As i say arround massively, extra retainers are just for lazy people xD
If prisms are as easy to make as you say, then you can make a nice amount of gil by making a lot. I don't know about your server, but they're going anywhere from 4k to 20k on mine. Having them easy to craft makes them more accessible to players, and less people would buy them if they didn't feel the need to pay an arm and a leg to change how a certain part of their equipment looks. Also, it's a pretty convoluted system already, let's not make it worse by having to get a crafter apply a glamour.
You have some messed up crafters or a messed up economy. It should cost 1.5k max to make each prism, regardless of level because all 5 grades have the exact same recipe (low/mid-tier items + a blank that you buy from the NPC for 200).
Edit: Nevermind, apparently there really are some messed up economies out there.
Dress material is already going for 50k on Ultros. >>
Exactly. If you already get away with selling something for 2 to 13 times (on my server, even worse on others from what I hear) the price it took you to make, AND it's easy to make, then I don't understand why you would complain that you need to get even more gil from players by charging a fee to implement a prism. If prisms are so easy to make and cost what they currently do, I'm shuddering at the thought of their price of they were hard to make and required rare materials.

They are very easy to make. All what you need is a crafter level 50, speak with 2 NPC during the quest, buy some clear prism for 200 gil, 2 mats your crafting class used around level 30 (for armorer it is 2 iron rivets) and you can craft your own prisms. You also don't need good crafting gear for it.If prisms are as easy to make as you say, then you can make a nice amount of gil by making a lot. I would not call 3 1/2 years as a last minute announcement.
We know that it would come someday. We only didn't know when.

Is not convoluted at all. God, its just 3 freaking clicks.
Glamour is perfect as it is, only fixes it needs is to be harder to make and requiere the services of the crafter, that simple.
