So this is the new tactic to get SE to make the new relic upgrade easier to obtain?

Unless new people are complaining about it on the forums, I dont think its a real concern.

New players have quests all over the place that they can do, seasonal events have us swarming the low level areas also, I dont see the issue.

Patch up 2 days = gazillion complaints
