Level Sync?
Level Sync?
lol last nigth i was running fates for atma, there was a lvl 4 player there :P he was like WTF???? :P
As a new player once, I'd rather see to many players in a zone or fate than solo one for 15 minutes and eventually fail.
Except if you're a newbie, you are not going to contribute as much damage to the fate as the atma-hungry swarm that's devouring everything in 2-3 minutes tops.
Maybe in a single-target or collection FATE, but you get my point.
Doesn't really matter. 3k exp in 2 minutes is better than 3.5k in 8.
Dynamic FATE adjustment. If more people joined the FATE last time, next one will be tougher. And vice versa.
Although I ado agree that they still made a very short job of just about any FATE there
The rush will die down at some point leaving only the new level 50s and the ones who didn't do it when it came out.
This is when it will be beneficial to new players.
I don't see it as an issue. For one, you can always invite low level players to a fate party (who says they need to be excluded since players come and go constantly once they get their Atma). If low level players are curious, all they have to do is ask a high level player why a bunch of level 50's are doing low level fates, and they will gain knowledge that when they hit 50 they will know what they need to do in order to be well on their way to their zodiac weapon.
It's really a great way for low level players to meet some high level players, maybe join an FC or linkshell and make new friends. It makes the world feel full, and will be a breath of fresh air from any new players coming in seeing active zones. I just feel there are way more positives than negatives with this.
I've seen some people get levels in the Fates I've been in at low levels, so while it's true that some fates get steam rolled, it's not completely killing the experience. Plus, if I know I'm in a fate with low level people by examining them I'll let them get the first hit on a mob so they can get that credit regardless then obliterate the mob.
