My retainer found something interesting...

Wait.. you can level retainers or something now? Oh the things I've missed in my hiatus. I left while the hype train was starting for Leviathan patch. Must find some catch up notes.

Yeah. Then they can bring stuff for you. DoL jobs or DoW/DoM just like..farm, like you could. Then there is the ventures that bring you kinda like any random item from the game regardless of job. Anyhoo, do one of these to start:

In Limsa Lominsa, players can complete the quest An Ill-conceived Venture (Limsa Lominsa) by talking to Troubled Adventurer in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (X9,Y11).
In Gridania, players can complete the quest An Ill-conceived Venture (Gridania) by talking to Troubled Adventurer in New Gridania (X11,Y12).
In Ul'dah, players can complete the quest An Ill-conceived Venture (Ul'dah) by talking to Troubled Adventurer in Ul'dah - Steps of Nald (X9,Y10).

I hope they add ilvl80/90/100 Field Explorations with every other patch 2.4/2.6/2.8, There is still room for a lot more. Maybe they will add some 24hr Ventures, But I kinda wish they would add some 72hr Ventures that cost like 20 ventures.

One more thing!

If you’re like me and have accidentally hit the option to reset your retainer’s class when rushing to set a venture and close out the window so you can join your party for raids, you’ll be happy to know that even if you do hit the “yes” button, your retainer will not be reset. In order to actually reset your retainer’s class you will first have to take off all of their equipment, and this was done to prevent cases where they are accidentally reset.

Pretty sure that's one of the items they removed from the ones that are possible to bring back.

I now have enough housing components for two houses. Not kidding. Plus benches. Awnings. Etc.

And about half way geared up for PvP should I ever go back into playing it (only i70 stuff, but still).

Oh - and they bested every HM primal and every dungeon now too. Pretty soon I'll have to finish leveling my BRD so I can sing them an Ode to Mine Retainer - The Tales of the Sneak Theif and Tiny Hero

Yesterday, my naked retainer brought me Savage Arc of Triumph furnishing which i quickly put it up on market board since my FC have one already.
