Transferring into a Legacy server from a Legacy Server?

First of all, I apologise if this is in the wrong category.

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to figure out how to transfer from a legacy server into another one.
I'm assuming it's possible because no one is talking about it and a few people had mentioned that they switched between servers.

I looked and am trying to figure it out but I'm not having much luck.
When I look at the server transfer page in the Mog Station the legacy servers are not selectable.

I am still researching this but I'm not coming up with any answers.

I thank you for all your help in this matter. I'd very much like to play with my friends.

As far as I understand it you cannot transfer from a legacy server; you can transfer from a new server to a legacy server, but once there you are 'stuck' there. I could be wrong, but that is what I seem to recall from some article/FAQ somewhere (I do not remember where I read it though)

I read the transfer page here and near the bottom,it does state that legacy servers can transfer to another legacy server so I'm certain that's an option somehow.

Good news, I figured it out.

If you have the service account that can only have one character per world and you have a character on the world you want to be on.
Then it won't be an option to transfer into.

It makes sense if you think about it. haha, I'm glad I figured that out.
