Since 2.2 launched, I've had several issues regarding load times of zones and in game models in general on the Playstation 3 "Super Slim" model.

I've encountered at least three cases of the game failing to load while teleporting or when the game loads a cut scene. The screen fades to black as per usual when teleporting or transitioning to a cut scene, but the issue is immediately after the fact. When teleporting, the screen fades to black and shows the name of the area zoned into, but stays on a black screen for much longer than normal. It took nearly five minutes for the game to finally load Horizon, while Mor Dhona failed to load after several minutes, so I had to restart the game.

The most recent issue I've had was in an Amdapor Keep dungeon run, when the cutscene for the final boss cut in, it failed to load within a reasonable time and I was forced to reset the game.

Other loading issues I've encountered include slow draw rates of NPCs for quests, such as the new Main Scenario quests in Vesper Bay and Mor Dhona. It took about ten seconds for the NPC Hozan to appear in the questline involving him in Vesper Bay. Or the Chocobo drawn carriage spawning five to ten seconds after the other non-player models in the immediate area have loaded.

Granted, in the cases involving teleporting and NPCs, the zones at the time were more populated than usual and may have been causing the effect. I am unsure if other players using the PS3 console are having this issue, I know of one player who isn't having the issues I have been encountering. However, his PS3 has had the hard disk drive replaced with a faster, larger capacity HDD than it's original stock HDD.
