Lag in Instances + Endless "loading" screens when transitioning to a new area

Unbearable instance lag on Excalibur. Sometimes, there's minimal to no lag. But now, the norm feels like crippling lag where I'm hoping that the game registers when I'm casting Cure. Toto-Rak earlier tonight was nearly unplayable. Everyone in the party was skipping all over the place and half of my heals weren't registering. Virtually everyone I talk to in my FC says the same thing. If I'm out of a dungeon, I don't have an issue. It started late last night for me when I tanked Sastasha. Dungeons are just unplayable.

Instance lag is very prevalent on Behemoth as well. Mostly only in higher level dungeons such at the new ones. Every other game plays smoothly and my connection is testing just fine.

Taking forever for skills to fire and sometimes they dont fire ever.

Have you guys been submitting these problems via the proper support channels? This is for user-to-user support... need to submit your issues where SE more actively looks for problems to be communicated.

There's already a bug report up for heals not hitting since 2.2 (misfirings of skills) and I've linked this thread in it at this point. Helps having an informative thread here too regardless cause a lot of people are coming on and going "Why is this happening?!"

The misfirings in the bug report directly co-relate to the issues had here so yeah.

I've been experiencing the same problems through a number of dungeon runs. Today was at its worst, with Medica and Medica II not working for at least one casting of the spell. Stoneskin would get dropped and I'd have to cast it at least twice to get the actual effect. Sometimes I'd even cast Cure after that and have it canceled, try again, and get canceled a second time. During fights where I had to consume Morbol Fruit in Aurum Vale, when I tried to activate the fruit, I was stuck there for up to 5 seconds before the game let me even try to eat them. During this time combat was still going on and everyone's HP was fluctuating. This "lag" was even present when I was even running Wanderer's Palace with friends. Trying to activate switches caused me to get stuck there, waiting for the Yes/No prompt, and even longer to even see the progress bar. Then, during the second fight I started to cast Holy to help take care of the adds. I had to have cast Holy about 10 times during that fight and not only was my MP nearly full, but some of the adds weren't even being hurt by my spell, while others took the hits and died. That's when I REALLY noticed this problem. Until this gets fixed, I'm not touching dungeons.

Lag in every instance zone since 2.2 was released. Other threads on it too. Only job that can play normal is BRD since we can move while using our abilities. Poor healers having a very rough time. Spell interrupts over and over for no reason.

Just tried to run Copperbell Mines(Hard), my tank was an FC mate and I was spam healing but only two actually healed him. My heals keep getting randomly interrupted and it is extremely annoying. I had no problems with the Guildhest servers so far just the dungeon servers.

I have no lag outside of instances. I am a new Paladin and I am trying to gear up to do the new dungeons so I can get Darklight gear. I have tried to run Copperbell Mines Hardmode 2-3 times and everyone is skipping around complaining about lag. Our combos are being cut off and the healer was spam healing, but only ended up landing 2 heals on me the entire fight. Everyone also has been getting disconnect symbols above their head. This is unacceptable, they want people to enjoy the new dungeons and content, but as it stands now you arent even capable of doing that with how bad the lag is. This needs to be addressed and fixed so I can gear up and enjoy the new dungeons.
