Change these Atma fates.

The atma farming is easily the worst thing they've added to a realm reborn. It's insulting to the player base. Having players do low lvl fates with lvl capped characters with an extremely low drop rate as just the beginning of a quest that requires 13,500 myth and another series of random rare low lvl fates, leves, and mob hunts to upgrade the weapon is not rewarding or challenging, it's pure grind. The original relic weapon quests took skill to ultimately get the reward. There is no skill involved in running around lower LaNo for 6 hours casting fire 1 and hoping you hit a mob so you can get credit for a fate that's not going to drop the atma you need, no skill, and so far, no reward. Even if I got all the atmas it wouldn't be a rewarding feeling like the one I experienced the first time I downed titan HM, it would be a sigh of relief that it was finally over...

At least all the other new content is pretty awesome, making the sting of the RNGrific Atma Grind Fest less of a bummer.

I don't think endgame gear should be easy to get, I just wish SE could be more creative than this. I also know no one is forcing the players to get the atma weapons, like I said, I just wish there was even a slightly more exciting or engaging way to go about getting them.

Oke, not easy to get is one thing but to make it SO random that some people get all items within 12 hours and others still looking for their first drop after 30 hours is just one big pile of steaming ...
I'm all for hard & challenging content, but this is neither the only thing this might be a challenging at is to keep awake after all those hours of grinding boring fates.

Try days without Atma.
I do agree however in certain regards. Atma upgrade is suppose to take time but does seem rather crazy how it is all about luck.
I do prefer my idea that atmas should be drops from EX Primals and such.
And having done about 40 fates again without a drop and my like 60th or so run@ Ct with still no crimson hat drop, yesterday sucked. lol

I think soon enough Square will either find a better alternative to grinding them or just make the ATMA drops atleast a 5 percent chance or slightly higher.

its bad enough that once you spent 50+ hours doing boring FATE grinding that you need a ton of myth tomes just to do anything with it. at the end of the day its not worth it and i'll wait.

Dunno what all these people are doing wrong... Anyone who has committed more than a few hours to atma in my fc has their weapon.... I personally can't believe 5 or 6 people in the same fc farming at different times solo and group would all be "extremely lucky" they all have full time jobs too so it wasn't like we were no lifeing it.

First atma: got it nearly on the first fate after starting the quest
second atma: Got it within a few fates
third atma: had to grind my butt off
fourth atma: it's been close to a week since I've got the third. Have been working all week so I've only been able to grind a few hours each day.

It's really pissing me off. I'm sick of seeing so many people already have their atmas when the game won't let me advance. I'm seriously frustrated with Square and will continue to bitch and moan until they change this. I will keep posting complaints over and over and over until they change this or rng stops screwing me over. Whichever happens first.

This would be were the RNG system comes into play. I spend a few hours almost every night and only have 3 atmas to show for.
Some just have the luck to make up for the luck that others do not have
