Make sure you are getting leves from both the city levemete and the one out at the place you are doing them. They have different sets for the same location. If for some reason they don't pop up for you, grab them all for that location, complete ONE, then check the levemete again. For FATEs, do others in the area, since there is a maximum that can be up at any one time. Else you will be waiting for timers to run out and hope the one you want pops next.

I made the mistake myself wasting 16 allowances before realizing that I was trying to get the quest from the wrong Levemete.

Buying a second book removes the first one from your Key Items.

Thank you for this, I was wondering what to do with that. Even though I completed one book I am afraid to just discard it.
