Q: After having received your Atma Weapon (finished getting first 12 Atma), if you haven't finished all 9 Books for that Weapon yet, can you switch to another Job w/ Zenith Weapon and farm Atmas from FATEs?
Or do you need to finish all 9 Books first / or reget the Quest again to start up another Job's Weapon?
Thanks.

Excellent question, although I haven't tested it personally myself, I believe once you complete the initial quest of "Up In Arms" it technically "Unlocks" your account to acquire Atma at any given time regardless of quest progression for the Animus Weapon, as long as you have a Zenith Weapon equipped. I base this off the fact you can collect Atma regardless of which job completed "Up In Arms" as long as you have a Zenith Weapon equipped.Q: After having received your Atma Weapon (finished getting first 12 Atma), if you haven't finished all 9 Books for that Weapon yet, can you switch to another Job w/ Zenith Weapon and farm Atmas from FATEs?

If anyone could elaborate though, it would be most appreciated. This is pure speculation on my part.
Also to further reiterate my point, upon turning in the 12 Atma with your Zenith Weapon it then turns into an Atma Weapon, which MUST be equipped when talking to the woman in Mor Dhona who then gives you a list of books based on the type of weapon you are currently holding. Although it would obviously take some time, I believe you could have 2 or more Atma Weapons.
Although this would lead to the next question, if you could have 1 Book per Atma Weapon? I know you need to have the Atma Weapon equipped while completing each book, but there may be some books that overlap in terms of what you have to complete that may or may not count toward each book if you have an Atma weapon equipped.
All this being said, the amount of time put in to figure this all out would be well beyond anything I could do personally. So I implore those with more patience and time on their hands to experiment.
Edit: Added the question to the guide, however I formatted it like so:
Q: After obtaining the Atma Weapon, can you still switch to another job with a Zenith Weapon and collect Atma?
The question appears after telling people where to go once they have all their 12 Atma. I believe this should help any confusion, but if I need to reword it let me know.

Currently working on book 3 for my Thyrus, and I have gotten 2 Atmas of the Crab and 1 of the Scorpion while working on it. Acquired with my only other Zenith weapon on Brd.Q: After having received your Atma Weapon (finished getting first 12 Atma), if you haven't finished all 9 Books for that Weapon yet, can you switch to another Job w/ Zenith Weapon and farm Atmas from FATEs?

Nice! Thanks Deathgiver. That's good to know (to squeeze in a random FATE here or there while you might have some downtime working on the books or saving up for the next book).![]()
Do I have to do the double melding bit myself?
