I usually try to preface statements like what I made with, "I know you have to ask, however..." or "I don't think that will work because," or something similar (I've worked tech support, I am very familiar with the necessity of following certain step.) That said, my apologies, Qeepel! I didn't mean it so seem contrary or belligerent, but rather intended to add my own knowledge about how the problem is fixed from my experience!
