Cascadier Uniform Voucher Redeemal Point Removed?

Now, I'm sure you all remember redeeming this for that lovely first piece of skimpy gear you most likely got in the game. Here I am, going to redeem it on a newer character who's just reached a point in the story she can get to Mor Dhona... and what's this? I can no longer redeem it at the old NPC?

Aelina no longer seems to stock the item, and this is confusing me and disappointing me, as you'd assume it'd remain available to every player since new players are subscribing throughout a game's life. The only thing left it seems is to weep in my lack of skimpy gear and discard the vouchers.

Does anyone know if the NPC to redeem them has been changed?

I think you can buy from the meteor survivor now.

Any way to check? I looked in the path notes and I don't even see the Cascadier Uniform mentioned.

Talk to them? I know they sell a million different swimsuits for me.

This is what the patch notes say:

Quest and event items that are only awarded once may now be purchased from the Calamity salvager NPC.
* Only items a player has previously obtained from the respective quests will be available.
* Items sold by seasonal event vendors will be available for purchase regardless of previous quest completion.

So, that doesn't specifically answer your question, but it seems likely that they would be sold there now as well.

If it really isn't there, the upside is the veteran reward scheme still lists Cascadier Uniform Voucher as 60 day, so this must be an oversight and will hopefully be rectified. Would imagine a number of people would be wanting to cash them in now that vanity has been implemented.

If that's the case, and the patch notes didn't specifically say they were being removed/relocated, then at this point I think we can consider it a bug that cropped up during the 2.2 implementation. Hopefully SE will address this soon.

I never redeemed my vouchers and also am looking for the answer to this.
