The fish sense something amiss. (after being logged out for hours and hours)

Yesterday I fished a spot for about 4.5 hours until it made me move so many times it eventually won't allow me to fish there any longer.

Normally you come back later in the day........ well it's been 10.5~ hours. I logged out in a completely different zone, came back to the fishing spot and "The fish sense something amiss. Perhaps it is time to try another location."

How are we to collect 30 silver sovereigns if we aren't allowed to fish this spot, even after being logged out for 10.5+ hours????????

This needs to be fixed since you are preventing us from fishing. We all pay subscription fees to you and this action prevents us from playing.

Other people are fishing there it doesn't go off just your fish time. So if other people are fishing there while your logged out it can still give you that message if they capped out on fish there.

I just came back to the game because I saw that they gave fishing some interesting things to do.

I did the new fisher guild quest and it was entertaining, not easy but entertaining, then I started to fish Silver Sovereigns so I could get the new fishing rod and the new hat, I was having fun, I love things being dificult to achieve, but then.... "The fish sense something amiss. Perhaps it is time to try another location.". I left the area and did some Cristal Towers and main scenario quests for 3 hours or so, then I decided to go fishing again and... "The fish sense something amiss. Perhaps it is time to try another location."...

What is that? Do you want us to catch only 4 fish a day or what?

I hope that someone from SE could give us some information. Is this a bug or it's "Working as planned"?
