game feels sluggish/slower....anyone else?

Yes i have been experiencing more lag since the patch.. ive even froze out once for the first time. Im on a ps3. Also my controller seems unresponsive at times. Ill click a button like tomahawk or overpower and the first clip of the animation will go off like i activated the skill but then all of a sudden it will cancel and wont go off.. pretty frustrating when you got dps kings ripping threat off you

I noticed that too, while doing a /beckon leve quest, that I'm normally quite fast at and good at keeping him moving almost constantly... But this time I was having to stop and wait for him to catch up and get things going again.
