Help, FF XIV the complete experience online

I everybody, I hope someone didn't ask already, but I am new (also new in the ps4 world)...so that's my story...I'm Italian, I live in German, I saw The Complete Experience of FF XIV and I bought it, but I had to select ENglish because I don't know German yet. Now the problem...I played for one month and now it appears "one day left subscription"...what the hell is that? Is that mean that I can't be able to play if I don't subscribe? But why? I payed for two games (and I didn't figured it out how to play Heavensword) and now I have to pay again?? Plaese someone tell me this is a joke...

This game is based on a subscription model. This means you pay each month to continue to play. This is how the game pays for their online servers, staff, and other expenses. Other MMOs such as World of Warcraft, EVE Online, and Final Fantasy XI are all like this.

You may be used to other online games that pay for these with cash shop purchases. However FFXIV's cash shop is purely cosmetic and doesn't offer any pay-to-win services, so the costs and drive to make purchases are low and wouldn't sustain the game.

As noted above. But also take note that PS plus is not needed for access to online, so don't buy 2 subscriptions, unless of course you plan on playing other PS4 games online.

Heavensward is the first expansion, which means you have to finish the content in A Realm Reborn first before you can go for the content of Heavensward.
"The complete experience" means you're not getting cut off at lvl 50 but can keep going, keep enjoying the story, etc.

If you JUST care about the story and want to play this like a single player game, you can just rush through everything in the free first month. The monthly fee after that is so the game can keep running, giving you new content and a continuation of the story every ~3-4 months.

Is this game available online only, or there is a "normal" version? Damn, I miss FF X =)

Unfortunately for your case, there is no offline version of the game. If you wish to experience the story, it'll be with other players live, requiring online access.
