You do know the lodestone doesn't update in real time, right? This is exactly why they won't show it on examine - People who do exactly this.

People don't understand the concept of mitigation for some odd reason. Everything is expressed in extremes and lacking context.

As a new 50 I get hassled all the time in petty dungeons I am well over the requirements of and have easily beaten with even less gear.

Making it easier for people to be idiotic and even more demanding doesn't sound like a winning strategy. Having played several MMOs, I'd rather have an arbitrary hurdle to mitigate this behavior than nothing.

I had a BRD join my Titan EX party. I had it set to ilvl85. I calculated his gear he was ilvl80. He put on accessories from another job to raise his ilvl. This is why it should display when we examine. It's easy to get around the party finder requirements

No problem. I know how to use a calculator. I guess most of the game's population doesn't.

so happy that u guys decided not to add it. that is one of the things that made the tera community so toxic at times.

I'm sorry but thats a really poor example you made there, seeing his ilvl is irrelevent if he is using another classes gear to get into the party. I THINK the feature you actually are suggesting here is that if your ilvl changes while in a party with a minimum ilvl requirement if you now fall below it your removed for the party.

Indeed, although that isn't even necesarry.
As other people say, iLevel only sais so much, I can clad my monk in healer accessoires and still be iLevel 90.

I'd rather just check what people are actually wearing, which is a feature already in the game thankfully.

Some people have a 0 accuracy set to do non-coil stuff.

Yes and some got only one stuff, and they don't change for coil, so trust me i know what i do, when someone come and i look his stuff and see no accuracy, i ask him, you don't have enough accuracy ! He answer yes i have enough ! So i kick him out of my party, because he would be useless, but if would see his stat would be realy better to check everyone, like i said before, i don't care if you are full allagan or not, if you don't have food or the cap accuracy, you are not welcome. Seem normal for me.

Yeah, we should add iLvl to examine but it is not enough, we should also have stats available too so we can kick those Lalafell melee DPS because they didn't min-max their job ... oh wait, I'm a Lalafell, scratch that ...

Maybe not all the stat for prevent the "you don't good stat etc" but maybe only the accuracy, and maybe the ilvl, but i don't realy care about the ilvl, the thing who is important for me is realy the accuracy, and i meet lot of people who come in party with a stuff like this exemple.

Accuracy > Ilvl

You can be a big damage dealer, this is nice, but what if you don't hit anything ? You are a dps who don't dps, so you don't do the job you are suposed to do
