    This is all for T6. Not sure if accuracy is increased for the other turns or if it's uniform as T1-5 were.

    470 Accuracy
    SMN
    6559/6559 - 100% Hit Rate (duh)

    Garuda-Egi
    1289/1289 - 100% Hit Rate

    476 Accuracy
    DRG
    4664/4668 - 99.91% Hit Rate

    479 Accuracy
    BRD
    5099/5099 - 100% Hit Rate

    I imagine the misses for the DRG all happened whenever the boss was attacked from the front since the tanks needed to have much higher accuracy to not miss at all. Both tanks went with 505/510 Accuracy and were at 100% Hit Rate as expected so at this point it's just pinpointing what Front accuracy requirements are.
