A question about transfering to PS4

I do know that players that have bought and are currently on the ps3 have a free port over to the ps4.

I just want to know if rebuying the game (instead of using the free transfer) will allow me to add my computers account to my ps4 instead of the one that is associated with the ps3/ps4(beta)
