    am having the same problem like you . still waiting for the support to come back to me
    in the mean while, you can try to uninstall the game then reinstall...
    or you can download the game patched from http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/9840094 ( credits go to Huginn).
    forgot to say you can download the whole game for SE website (12gbs) http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/
