    Ok, I found a solution. It seems Square Enix has done some heavy re-work on the code that kills 2.8 gig dual cores. I have a X9000 Extream that I just ramped up to 3.4 and got max frame rate at 60 fps plus. For those running 2.2 you might have to overclock your cpu. It is not a video card issue, it Square Enix is running your cpu into the ground. Please report this as a memory leak issue or threading.
