Voice acting is gone!! :(

Hey

I really need help. The voice acting in the cutscenes that are important and that are supposed to have voice acting are completely silenced for me. I played around with the voice acting languages trying to figure out if Id like japanese (more dramatic) or english. So I chose japanese. The next day I got to the end of the storyline and there was no voice acting at all. I went on youtube and found out there was supposed to be voice acting in that cutscene. Then I went to the first cutscene the hear, speak, feel stuff, and there was no voice audio at all.. I tried switching back to english and I reviewed my settings multiple times but still no audio. I have no idea what to do. I sent a ticket or whatever and nothing was done about it. I think this is some kind of bug. Please, can somebody help?

Me and an fc mate were arguing about this the other day. I said there's no voice acting in the new cs's, he said there was. I guess I was wrong.

Try changing speaker configuration in Windows to Stereo instead of any surround options you may have.
I noticed the other day that when I was using headphones, I got voices, but not when my regular surround speakers were used.
