    Mythology Refund

    Hello everybody!

    Accidentaly, I bought the wrong Mythology piece and there's no button to refund the piece. How can I solve this issue? Just with a in-game ticket?

    Since Myths are uncapped now, you solve it by farming enough to buy the piece you really wanted.
    There is no refund facility.

    If you use the FAQ in the support desk that should lead you to their ONE-TIME item recovery that you can only use ONE TIME so think carefully before you use it. Did I mention you can only do it once?

    Be careful, I've read threads about people having their characters rolled back to previous dates and losing all since acquired items.
    Not sure if they have stepped out of the dark ages on this yet.

    There really should have a "Refund" button - for at least an hour after you buying it. FFXIV learnt a lot of things from WoW, but this is really basic and we should have it by the moment... I opened a ticket and I'm waiting for an answer =(
