Anyone find any La Noscean soil yet? Or any soil?

Like the title of the thread says - and if so where? I`ve hit nodes from Lvl 50 - 30 and quite a few times on each. No luck. I know they are `rare` but any pointers would help.

Btw I did get la Noscean lettuce seeds - the lvl 15 BOT nodes right outside Summerford farms. It will show up at the bottom as 25% unknown - you know what to do!

I spent about 15 minutes or so gathering Grade 2 La Noscean Topsoil before I finally saw one appear on a node (the level 50 quarry points by Moraby, as the gathering log suggests). The odds are just very very small for it to appear.

Is there a mistake in the gathering log? It says for Thanalan soil (grade 2) to go to level 50 nodes in Nopheca wells but the only nodes I saw there were level 30. A friend referenced another map and NW was labeled with level 15 nodes. Never did get any Thanalan soil, couldn't find it. I managed to get two grade 2, Shroud soil from the Bramble Patch and some grade 1 La Noscean soil from level 30 nodes in a mine somewhere in La Noscea though.

Yes, it seems to be a mistake. The nodes are in the southwest of the zone, near that small encampent on the western shore. x19, Y28 area. Hope that helps

Grade 3 La Noscean soil seems to spawn around 9pm Eorzean Time, Middle La Noscea, near the Lower La Noscea zone. Needs 370 Gathering.

It's my understanding that, just like in real life, as long as you're watering the plan, it'll live. Fertilizer just enhances.

The drop rate for the soil is awful. I gathered for about an hour and only managed to score one. Need two soil for my seeds. Guess I'm going to have to meld up my Miner and harvest lv3 soil; it'd probably be more efficient and less frustrating.
