Could the Lv9 Chat Quest NPCs be relocated elsewhere? (A suggestion)

I know that we're just at the first day of 2.2, and that in the future there won't be as many players doing these quests and making it look so ...well... annoying I guess is the only word I can come up for, but know that I'm driven by no aggressive feelings, please.

I just am having a very difficult time as a roleplayer to know when someone is doing the quest or is doing open RP, the /say messages to NPCs blend with other RPers' /say chat, and it's hard to tell the difference unless I go searching for the player and see if they are targeting the quest NPC or not. Aside from the point that I don't get how new players need to be taught how to chat at lv9 from NPCs (I believe that's the quest's purpose?), I'm sure there can be more suitable locations for these quests, maybe not on the major focus points of most of open-world roleplay, no?

You can filter the NPC chat out of your tab.

No, it's not the NPC talking, it's the players that have to use /say prompt messages to the NPC^^

Oh! I see. I misread what you said. Sorry! Nevermind then.
