SO my wife and I just got into the game 2 weeks ago and decided to set up dual accounts so we don't have to take turns. An extra $15/month is a small price to pay for that argument.
With the current game on our only PC, I bought a PS3 copy for wife's account. During the installation I went ahead and registered it to my current Sq Enix account just to get the 4 hour download started. Had I realized this was non-reversible, I would have established the 2nd service account first. But I didn't.
Looking into having it corrected, I sent 3 tickets and filled out the required online form. A week later they still have not fixed it and the latest email from CS tells me "that service is not available at this time".
I do not understand why it is so difficult to resolve this, as in the end I will be starting a second account and paying them twice the money. Has anyone else been through this and actually have it fixed? I assume it is an ongoing problem since they have a special form in the support section.
