We've been getting tons...

It's surely you doing something wrong.

Have your Relic Zenith equipped, farm the appropriate region, gg.

And have inventory space...

"SE! We want a long grind and a reason to be out in the world!!"

"Here you go!"

"SE! This is stupid!! Why is this taking so long and why do I have to travel all over the world to get this done!?!?"

It's hardcore! It's what people wanted!

1) Did you actually unlock the quest?
2) Are you doing it with your Relic Zenith equipped? Same as you unlocked the quest with...

Sorry ;; Although I don't doubt you have done lots of FATEs, the proof you offered appears to be invalid. Although I guess you can claim some kind of lodestone glitch since you say in sig that you have every class to 50, but yet you are still earning achievements as if you were levelling those other classes up. Or you are just a total bullshitter.

Random is random.

People seem to fail to understand how probability works.

25% will and always be 25%. Just because you do it 4 times, doesn't mean that you will get it every 4th time. Just because you do it once, doesn't increase the chance of getting it the next time. The chance is always going to be 25%.

You're just unlucky.
