maybe not, but a ton of people certainly did. I personally don't care, because hey, I have OPTIONS. never got my Heavy Allagan Armor and (less importantly) I never even saw the Armor of Light drop. The other option was Myth Body. Happens to be the best in that particular slot but there are other examples that illustrate the point.

It's just the pendulum swing of early design balance. 2.0 had a low cap on myth and not a lot of sources for either tome. 2.1 raised the cap and had tomes (especially philo) falling out our ears. Now we go back in the other direction for a while. I'll bet a shiny nickel 2.25 will have either up some of the tome sources or nerf some of the tome prices to some degree.

Eventually, hopefully, they'll figure out a nice middle ground that minimizes the angst from one side or the other.

Glad I saved a ton of myth for this patch

Are you guys seriously complaining? I am already at 8 atmas, and had time to do 4 runs of lost city the minute server came up. I may be a little lucky, but, 13.5k myths is nothing. First off, Atma is not 13.5k myths. Animus is. Please don't pretend things you hear are fact until you can confirm or see them.

I'm so ready to grind 121K myth for my weapons.

I will be so disspointed if my animus weapon doesn't have a beast form and give me back rubs when it's holstered......
